On-line purchasing and shipping policy

Prices listed on our website are exclusive to on-line purchases only. All orders must be paid for in advance by credit card. AMEX, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted unless you have been pre approved for a net 30 account. There is no minimum order for on-line orders.

Orders can be shipped out Local Delivery, UPS, specified carrier, or picked up at our facility in Livingston, Texas. Will Call is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Shipping Charges are determined by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, and your delivery zip code.

Over size items can not be shipped out UPS. Please contact Customer Service for more detailed information for items deemed freight or oversized.

If there’s a problem with your order or you need to make a return, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Unless otherwise noted below, merchandise must be returned within 30 days for full credit, refund or replacement.
